Terms and Conditions

1. Please note that Online Décor is an online design service only. All options are regarded as suggestions to improve your space.
2. Please note that through this online service we do not offer any construction or renovation tips. This service is to take the pressure off of you when beautifying an existing space.
3. Please note that by using our Online Décor service one of Rylo’s talented in house designers will be creating a masterpiece for you. Lauren will not be doing this herself but will have valuable input to the designs and overall concept. Lauren cannot be solely held reliable for the full Online Décor service provided.
4. By using the Online Décor service you will be exclusively and limited to 2 x custom mood boards, 1 x final design concept, 1 x floor plan, 1 x shopping list. Clients are then entitled to 1 x design revision and 2 x weeks support opportunity. The initial conception stage can take up to 1 x week.
5. All contact on the project needs to be responded to within 24 hours due to the process and maximum 3-week project outline for the full scope of works.
6. Note that all contact is to be done through online means only.
7. As the client you are agreeing to our upfront costs ($650.00 per room) for the Online Décor services with the accepting of the 1 x revision only that is included. Note that ANY work started and completed on the project after this initial revision is to be charged at $100.00 per hour.
8. As the client you agree to provide all the appropriate details up front for the project and by missing out crucial details it may affect the result of the design.
9. Rylo is not to be held accountable for items that do not fit your space properly, based off of the room measurements you have provided us. All room measurements and specified item dimensions must be triple checked by yourself prior to the purchase.
10. Rylo is not to be held responsible for the means, methods and procedures of delivery and construction/fabrication of these items. Rylo is not to be held responsible for the ongoing delivery time frames of specified items; this is up to the discretion of item suppliers and contractors.
11. Rylo is not to be held responsible for damaged or wrong delivery of items that have specified or suggested. We will not arrange repairs, replacements, and refunds for these items. This is to be disputed directly with all item suppliers and contractors involved.
12. We are not to be held responsible and will not put our name to the project after completion if the floor plan or shopping list is changed at the clients discretion, given that we provided the client with a recommended floor plan to suit specified items on the ‘shopping list’. Client therefore holds responsibility for end result satisfaction if they personally made changes after Online Décor support completion.
