Project Spotlight: Queenslander Revival

7 years ago we met a special family who’s kids were around the same age as Clay and Evelyn and we just hit it off. We renovated and updated their then home providing the perfect space for their growing family. Fast forward a few years and they sold that home and got back in contact with us to let us know about a new and exciting project they once again needed help with… their forever home.

Meet Mrs. Stephens, a beautiful blue home now sitting pretty in Camp Hill! This project was a lot of fun for our Design team and Builders who got to try new things in both the construction but also in the finishing touches, while keeping some of her original charm. Complete with our signature custom front door design, this home really came to life as she was raised and completely updated throughout this large-full home renovation.

Our favourite part with any large project is the installation. We offer the finishing touch where our team of Designers come in and spend a few days installing all of the furnishings, styling bookshelves, fluffing the cushions and we even bring fresh flowers. This means the clients can walk in, un pack their bags and start living in their new space. Don’t be fooled to think that this costs an arm and a leg with entirely all new pieces, we incorporate existing pieces, style with items you already have and give your olds bits and bobs a new lease on life.

At our Mrs.Stephens project we incorporated pieces from the last home we helped them with and tied them all in amongst carefully selected new pieces for their forever home. The end result was outstanding. A classic yet still fun and happy family home! See for yourself:
